Women Raising Communities
Through Kindness

MEET THE TEAM LEADER WHO STARTED IT ALL, GINGER "GIVE BACK" WALKER

Wife. Mother of two. Realtor. Author. Speaker. Certified Stager. All-Around Give Back Girl.

Ginger has cultivated many titles throughout her life, refusing to be put inside any “box.” Everything she does is focused on one idea: to cause a ripple effect of kindness within her community.

Since starting her real estate team in 2018, she has been focused on developing one of the most successful teams in her area and helping new homeowners experience the rush of buying their first home just like she did. In addition, she has also donated a portion of each commission to charity organizations since the early days of her career.

Ginger has always been determined to make a difference in her community, giving back to her community from the beginning of her career in 2018. In 2013, she launched her Give Back Girl campaign, focusing on giving back to those who need help in her community and empowering local women to become entrepreneurs in business. Over the years, as her business and mission have grown, Ginger has been joined by others who share her passion for people, real estate, and paying it forward. These like-minded women have evolved into her “Give Back Team”.

GINGER GIVES BACK

Ginger’s mission is to empower those in her community to live their best lives. After living overseas for several years, Ginger launched her Give Back Girl campaign as a way of helping those in her community who needed help most. Not only does she donate to multiple charities, but she’s donated a portion of every single commission since the early days of her career.

“Paying it Forward” is more than an act of kindness for Ginger. It’s a philosophy. Over the years, she convinced a like-minded community of equally passionate individuals to form the “Give Back Team” – specifically charged to give back in meaningful ways. Every month, the GBT nominates local charities to receive a $500 donation, publicity, and support. They are proud to celebrate up to 36 charities and look forward to helping more in the future.  She’s particularly focused on organizations that empower women and worked extensively with women at her local women’s shelter. She also uses her voice to help elevate and inspire women to achieve their business dreams.
